Choose the right Blowers with air pressure and air flow

There are something to consider to choose the right blower you need.
Based on being considered other factor like air type, application and temperature,
now, let's choose blowers with air pressure and air flow.

Case1) 1.5m³/min at 3,000mmAq, 60Hz 3Phase

2. lining vertically from 3,000mmAq(air pressure)

Horizontal axis shows air pressure.

In this case, it shows with mmAq unit.

Exclude left side from blue line, because it is insufficient from 3,000mmAq.

3. lining from 1.5m³/min

4. pointing and sorting out

We finally find out the point we need. Then, look the immediately above line, we can see 402s, 402/1 and 402. In short choose 402 because 402s don't meet our needs low air flow and 402/1 is 1phase.

(For reference, the model ends with "/1" means 1phase)

Blowers For Gas Transportation

One of many application blowers,
this is for gas transportation.

For gas transportation, we made coupling type blower using explosion proof motor
(eg3 or d2g4 grade).
But it cannot prevent 100% anti-leak so you must consult us.

Sewage Treatment Plant - application of ring blower

There are many application of ring blower.
Sewage water treatment is one of the major application.
Some pictures below;

We installed blowers on the frame.
Two blowers are connented to header. One operates and the other is spare.
Generally, blowers operates 4hours, 8hours or 12hours rotation.

We can see the wire connention of Y connection
For reference, in case of over 10hp, we must choose connetion type whether V wire or Y wire connection before making blower.
